- Entry is free. There is nothing to buy.
- One ticket per person. Sign up below and your ticket number is emailed to you.
- You can also sign up at the raffle table on show day while entries are open.
- Drawings happen at the show. Listen for your number, or check the board by the raffle table.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Paying a sponsor or vendor fee does not increase anyone’s chance of winning.
Who can enter: Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Organizers, volunteers working the raffle, and their immediate households are not eligible.
How to enter: Complete the online entry form or sign up at the raffle table on show day. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries are removed.
Entry period: [Start date] through [end time on show day].
Drawing: Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries at the show on [show date] at approximately [time].
Claiming prizes: [Choose one: Winners must be present at the drawing to claim a prize. / Winners not present will be contacted by email or phone and have 7 days to claim.] Winners must show photo ID matching the entry.
Prizes: Prizes are listed above with their approximate retail value. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
Your information: We use entry details only to run the raffle and contact winners. If you opt in, we’ll also send show updates. We don’t sell your information.
